PRINTING AND IMPRINTING POLICIES

(The terms client or buyer are considered equivalent for the purposes of this summary. The vendor is considered to be PrintBox Technology, or its assigns.)

PrintBox reserves the right to refuse written or pictorial information which may be considered illegal, immoral, or offensive at our sole discretion.

Graphics supplied by the client for reproduction should not exceed 1,000 kb. Client will be notified if image(s) exceed limit -- merely reducing the size of a graphic does not alter its file size. Most images can be resampled with common graphic packages which will reduce their overall dimensions and resolution.

All prices quoted are based on one-color images and text.  More than one color is considered "full color" and may be subject to up charges, to be quoted to the client for approval.

EXPERT USERS: All copy submitted should be "camera ready".  If text is submitted with fonts which are not embedded or with fonts which are protected from transmittal, these fonts may be altered in transmission. PrintBox will, upon request,  furnish a proof in PDF format which represents exactly how we received the document on our equipment.  If you have a program available which will convert your file to PDF, you can submit that file with your text document as a 'self proof'.

Minor adjustments are typically made without comment.  Obvious miss-spellings, or missing characters are corrected prior to printing; Customer Service will contact the user on ambiguous issues.

LIABILITY.  PrintBox does not provide legal assistance on the suitability or lack thereof for conducting a drawing or raffle, nor does it represent that the goods or services offered by the user are vetted prior to printing.  Such representations remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Typical delivery schedules are within 24 hours of receiving an order. Normal delivery cost within U.S. and territories is available for a flat charge of $15 -- up to 3,000 tickets. Quantities from 3,000  to 10,000 normally require two boxes for a total charge of $30.  Quantities of 10,000 and over may require three boxes for a total charge of $45.

Not all orders can be shipped with flat charges -- split shipments, overnight service, larger orders with fewer tickets per page are examples.  Our policy is to seek the lowest possible delivery rate.  If published rates exceed or fall below the actual charges, the client will be automatically credited or debited for the difference subject to approval of the client.
