Microsoft Word to create numbered tickets in whatever sequence you
wish to use. If you share your duties with associates, Word is a
handy tool -- with several hundred million users, it is a save bet

they can still read a Word file with WordPad which is furnished with
Microsoft Windows. Also, Microsoft provides a free reader called

enabled...
If this feature is turned ON, when you go to merge your ticket
for numbering, you will get the message "Word Found Locked Fields.
Cannot Update Locked Fields."
Here is how to manage that problem:
To Turn the drawing canvas on or off
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the General tab.
Select or clear the Automatically create drawing canvas when
inserting AutoShapes check box.
Saving Memory While
Using Graphics:
If you are using a program based on Microsoft Word, you can add a
graphic to your ticket by using Picture>From File>Insert>Link To
File.
This procedure will only use on copy of your graphic, not hundreds
of copies. The result is a much smaller print file.
