How Does This Work?

Instant Winner Certificates are inserted in random envelopes by your committee and envelopes are sealed (we can do that for you if you wish).

To prevent collusion between seller and buyer, seller must buy the tickets he will be taking out for sale. If a seller wishes to keep buying groups of tickets in order to locate an instant winner certificate, then the seller may be considered to be simply another buyer! Nothing prevents a seller from buying all his own tickets!
