SETTINGS FOR TMPRO IN WORD 2007 (XP and VISTA)
Grant privileges to “All Users” to Tickets folder -- VISTA only.
Set Trust Settings to "Allow All Macros"
Turn File Sharing ON
Advanced Sharing: Allow Public Folder Sharing

WORD 2007 BEHAVIOR
To access TMPRO toolbar select it from "Add-Ins" Menu on Word 2007 Toolbar.

Procedure to activate TMpro:

1) After installing TMpro, right click on the Start button and select the second item on the list:  Explore.
2) Using the left panel, navigate to c:\program files\microsoft office\office 12\Tickets.  Do not open tickets at this time.
3) Right click on the Tickets folder and select Properties (last item on the list).
4) Under the Sharing Tab, use "Share" button to share Tickets.
5) Under the Security Tab, choose CREATOR OWNER and press Edit button and check off "Allow Full Control"
6) Under the General Tab, Uncheck the Read-Only attribute and press Apply.
 

You have now granted full control of the Tickets folder to yourself and you ready to start building and printing tickets. Vista is built on a network model, similar to Windows 2000 and Windows ME.  Security is an important part of this model, thus the reason for having to grant yourself privileges.
