How to use

As producers of over 12 million raffle tickets in our printiing business, PrintBox learned a few tricks on how to produce raffle tickets.

Print&Ship was created so that you can use our flagship software, TMpro to design your ticket at no charge -- email us your ticket and a proof and we will prepare your order for you.

To save money, you can do all or part of the job yourself. For rush turnaround, we can ship your blanks the same day we receive  your order!

1) Download TMpro and choose the style that best meets your needs -- Style1 produces Large tickets measuring 2 x 8-1/2.r Style8 creates Medium tickets 2 x 5-1/4". Style10, the Small ticket measuring 2 x 4-1/4".

2) Create your ticket, and test it by using "Sample" Option from the TMpro Number Selector

3) Order your blanks. If you want Print&Ship within 48 hours, choose Standard Service. If you want printing and shipping within 72 hours, choose Priority Mail Option. You should receive order in three days with Rush, and within five days with Priority Service.

4) Email your ticket saved with TktSave. Your ticket will not have a doc extension; it will be either .tk1, .tk2, etc.  That is your single ticket which you created. Also include a copy of "Mytkt.tmp" which is your Sample, created by selecting the Sample box in TMpro Ticket Numbering Screen. This is your proof that your ticket prints OK.

SPECIAL FONTS?  If you are using non-standard fonts (which were not furnished with Word), be sure that you have Specified Tools>Options>Print>Embed True Type Fonts. Even then, some font producers do not allow you to do that!  To be sure your ticket will priint correctly on our equipment, request a pdf copy of your proof, or fax us a copy of your ticket.

Print&Ship Tickets are available in black and white or in full color -- printed on white 90# index with stub perforation.
