We do not accept returns on software products. By the time

SUPPLIES: We cannot accept
returns on forms unless damaged in shipment or defective in
workmanship. Forms, like bread, do not reship in good condition.
Please be certain you are ordering the correct form and that
you understand fully the use to which each form is intended.
